This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload of residential property matters. You will manage transactions from instruction to completion, working closely with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
• Reviewing titles, drafting contracts, and preparing all relevant conveyancing documentation.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice and keeping clients informed throughout their transactions.
• Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completions.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2years + PQE in residential property.
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with case management systems is advantageous.

Our client is an established London firm of solicitors looking to hire a commercial property solicitor with 2 years + PQE .

The role will require the candidate to be able to work independently, and have experience in some of the following areas, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, working for developers, drafting options, s106 agreements, joint venture agreements and real estate finance. Experience in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial leases along with leases, assignments, and license agreements.
